DUTIES
Personally handles and actively supervises the management of key accounts in each of the hotel’s revenue contributing market segments.Develops and executes effective business development strategies.Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market area through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communicationsBuilds positive working relationship with all departments of the hotel; ensures understanding of sales programs and the wants, needs, and expectations of customers/guests.Work closely with the National Sales Office(s) to assist the team in optimizing revenue generation.
REQUIREMENTSDegree/Diploma in Hotel/Events Management.At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity with 5-star international hotels.Possess good customer and interpersonal skills.Proficient in both oral and written English
