ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client based in Cairns FNQ is currently looking experienced Carpenters to join there whenever growing team.
Position will be contract based with the lookout of full time work. cornucopian of overtime available per day and enchanting pay rates
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
triumphant applicants will pose of the following:
Trade qualified
Over 3 year experience
Have own tools
Ability read plans
Ability to manage and supervise (high esteem but not essential)
Ability to work autonomously
Some of the main duties:
conserve municipal buildings and facilities
review municipal buildings and facilities for needed services and repairs
conserve doors, windows, furniture and other items
conserve building interiors and exteriors
fabricate the building including doors and windows
Put up drywall
complete the building and ceiling
Put in flooring
complete the roofing
Build stairs and other items
handle and maintain carpentry tools and equipment
Assist with the delivery of other kindred municipal services
ready a preventative maintenance schedule
